Shipping Your Order
Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within one to two business days.
Returning Online Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your webstore purchase, or if the product arrived damaged, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping and handling charges). Product must be in its original packaging.
To return an item to the clinic that was purchased at our webstore, simply bring the product in its original packaging plus the packing slip or the shipping confirmation email as proof of purchase. Your return will be credited back to your credit card (minus the cost of shipping and handling).
If you do not have the same credit card that you used to make your SVS webstore purchase, you will receive a credit on your clinic account for the appropriate amount.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medication products and over the counter medication. Also spoiled pet food, food bags with less than 90% food content and open cans are excluded from returns.
